• If you want to use your own shipping agent, but don’t know how to handle customs clearance, then you can ask your agent to find a broker for you, or you find by yourself.
• Different countries are different in delivery time, and normally speaking, our lead time is about 1-4 weeks depends on stock and busy situation. For example, It takes about 8 weeks to reach US final destination by average speed boat.
• There has no worry about goods safety, we will provide boat information and warranty for you, so you can track boat timeline and make your own schedule.
• If you want branding on your products, we can provide you whole plan and design for you.
• Packing may affect loading capacity, so please contact our team to confirm this before production.
